Are you a qualified Theatre Technician?

Following a successful pantomime of Cinderella last year, Camberley Theatre are producing their own production of Peter Pan for 2017. We are looking for fun, friendly, competent people to join our technical team this year.

Panto Crew

The ideal candidate would need to have interpersonal skills, be able to work well both alone and as part of a close team. The job will entail lifting and moving scenic items, constructing & deconstructing set, flying the principle cast members, running cloths and many other tasks.

Panto Followspot Operator

The ideal candidate would need to have good communication skills & be able to work well both alone and as part of the Lighting Team. The job will entail constructing & deconstructing set, helping set & re-set the stage, followspot the production and other smaller tasks. 

Panto Lighting Operator

The ideal candidate would need to have good communication skills & be able to work well both alone and as part of the Lighting & Stage Team. The job will entail: rigging & derigging all show lanterns, rig checks before every show, helping set & re-set the stage, learn the focus of all units and be able to refocus when needed, assist the Lighting Designer during the tech period, cut and sort all gels for the show and any other tasks as required. 

Panto Sound Operator

The ideal candidate would need to have good communication skills, an ear for live music, skill to multi task & good working knowledge of Qlab as well as being able to work alone and as part of the Production Team. The job will entail: rigging & derigging show speaker, liaising with the band ensuring their needs are met, setting up and running 12 radio mics, building the shows Qlab files, operating the sound during every show, meeting with the Sound No.2 to ensure any problems during the show have been resolved and any other tasks that may be required.
